AAFP members are invited to participate in a pilot of a new AAFP Prescribed CME credit category called Translation to Practice.

You will earn 2 AAFP Prescribed CME credits for implementation of a new process or practice resulting from your participation in CME and your reflection on the process in which you engaged.

Translation to Practice involves three steps:

1. Complete a Commitment to Change Statement.
2. Implement the change identified.
3. Complete a follow-up Reflection Summary.

In order to participate members are required to complete the second activity in our ACS series: Antiplatelet Therapy in ACS: What’s Best Practice?
